Bill McAlduff & Rob Justice win the Spring FourBall!!!
Congratulations!!! Spring FourBall defending Champions Dan Brennan and Steve Keegan found themselves in unusual territory. Bill McAlduff and Rob Justice ran off to a 4 up lead after 8 holes that was just too much to overcome. Although Dan and Steve made a dent on the lead winning the 12th and 15th holes, a comeback just was not in the cards. Bill matched birdies by Steve and Dan, with one of his own on the 16th hole. Both teams then parred the 17th for the final 2 & 1 margin.

The Consolation Flight final will be played tomorrow. In that match Sam Gallo and Dick Driscoll will face Mike Amico and Dave Riley.

Ladies Division News
This week the ladies played their Memorial Tournament. This 18 hole net medal event is one on the “Majors” for the ladies. Trish Garner, the defending champion and winner 3 of the last 5 years, has left the club and is now a member at Sky Meadow in New Hampshire opening the door for a new champion to be crowned. After 18 holes, one could not be determined as Linda Picceri, Pat Bianco, and Betsy Reynolds all fired 73’s. An 18 hole play-off will be held next week to break the tie. Stay tuned . . .

Coming up, Lexington will host the interclub High Swingers match on Friday, June 6th.

June 7th & 8th - Men’s Senior Championship
36 holes of Net medal play in 2 divisions. 55-64 yrs and 65+ years. We also recognize a super senior champion who is over 75 years.

Peter Scully won the inaugural event firing a 2 day total 152 (74-78) for a 6 stroke victory over runner-up Paul Caruso.
