Our roller coaster weather continues, but things are gradually improving. Annual proof of spring is when our beautiful Azalea on the 1st hole, is in bloom!

The Spring FourBall final match is set.
In the Championship Flight, the team of Jack Finlayson and Mike Amico punched their ticket to the finals with a 3&2 win over Peter and Nicholas Manning. They will be facing Steve Potter and Dave Riley who won a hard earned 2&1 victory over Bill McAlduff and Rob Justice. In the Consolation Flight, Henry Liu and Mel Carreras edged out TJ Lombardini and Steve Jepsen 1 up, thanks in large part to the 60’ birdie putt Mel dropped on the 17th hole to tie the match. Due to scheduling conflicts, the other semi-final match could not be played. So Mel and Henry are the declared winners of the Consolation Flight.

In the battle to convince golfers shooting 95 and over that they’re “good enough” for a customer fitting,
can I present you with a question to reflect on?

Would golfers in the learning phase of the game; the beginners; find it easier to learn the golf swing,
getting more shots airborne, find it easier with lighter clubs, with shorter shafts; and higher lofts?
Of course they would, it’s a faster learning experience.

The value of a faster learning experience, is a point that translates to golfers shooting over 95.

If a custom fitting creates 10 – 15 yards with your Irons, and more consistency of shot performance,
why wouldn’t you have a custom fitting?
Who cares whether we changed a lie angle, gave you a less stiff shaft, or even enlarged your grip?

You want the benefit. A better ball flight, more often.

A more fulfilling round of golf.

A better on-course experience. More enjoyment with your friends.

Almost every golfer we custom fit for a set of Irons notes at least one dimension of measurable improvement.
Those with higher handicaps and the less skilled often see two, or even three,
dimensions of measurable improvement, IMMEDIATELY.
What could your improvement be?

How good is your ball striking? How does that translate into your performance on approach shots?
Here’s a question that will help you evaluate where you stand.
We’d like you to put yourself on one of 4 different levels.

In almost all golfers there’s an Iron where the consistency and control in their ball striking breaks down.
What is that Iron for you? Our advice is to ignore your Handicap rating and set out this year to improve which level of Approach Play you’ve currently reached. Improve that level and we promise you that, not only will your Handicap fall, your scorecard improve, and your winnings pile up; You’ll enjoy your golf so much more.

Why not start with an Assessment with us to see where you are,
and create your personal improvement plan.
