TopTracer range
The most advanced range system in the world is right here on your doorstep. Our new system allows you to make your practice more constructive and really dial in your yardage numbers.

To really make the most of your time on the new system for good practice, we feel there are 3 key modes for you to use.

The first of the 3 modes is the "What's In My Bag?" mode.

This mode allows you to really dial in your yardages and see how far you carry and total each club in your bag. This will then allow you to choose correctly when you are on the golf course. PLUS, if you download the TopTracer Range app from your app store on your mobile phone or tablet, then you will be able to view these numbers as well as get averages over the day, week, month and year!

The second mode we feel can be really beneficial, is the "Point's Game" mode.

This mode gives you a points score on your accuracy to a specific target. We have 12 targets on our new system, each with its own points score. This then allows you to set a bench mark to improve on and you can gradually see your improvements as the scores go up.

Lastly, the third game mode we believe can be really beneficial is the "Virtual Golf" mode.

This is a great mode as it varies up your practice a lot and gets you hitting a variety of different golf shots. This is perfect to see you through the winter or get you set up for the coming season.

The "Virtual Golf" mode is also a great confidence booster as to score on the game you need to hit a wedge to one of the first flags to within the set circles to score. So if you've got a great score going, it's because you've got a great short game. Which is great to know for the season ahead!

So, if you use these 3 game modes, we can be sure you will be set up perfectly for the upcoming season.

Contact us if we can help you get the most benefits possible from TopTracer or follow this link to our Youtube channel, to see how to get the most out of these three game modes.

Tee To Green Beginners Course - Only £20 for a 6-week course

We have just released new dates for our 6-week beginner lessons.

Each week you will learn a different skill needed to get you started on the golf course. The course consists of learning how to putt, chip, pitch, play a bunker shot and hit both the driver and iron. We strive to get each person to a standard of which then can then take themselves onto a golf course and enjoy a round of golf without getting annoyed because they can't hit the golf ball.

Each lesson will run for 45 minutes and will be either under the cover of our driving range or we will be outside in what we hope to be lovely sunshine. If you have your own clubs then that is great you can bring them along, however if not, then all clubs are provided by us as part of your lesson as are all the golf balls.

The spaces are already being taken, so don't leave it too long before booking your space. The price for the 6-week course is only £20 for the whole six weeks!

The next courses are starting on:

Wednesday 11th April at 6:45pm
Saturday 21st April at 9am
Wednesday 16th May at 6:45pm
Saturday 2nd June at 10am

If you wish to know more about the beginner courses or you wish to book yourself on the course, then please phone us on 01983 613131.

We’re looking to improve your ball striking experience by combining the right technology for
your golf game with the perfect fitting.

Remember the Stats
Great innovation from Callaway designed to improve your Iron ball striking.
When thinking about the impact this technology can make; remember the Fitting:

Matching the technology that will help your swing the most, with the right shaft length, lie angle,
and shaft flex, will do far more for your golf game than you could imagine.
Hitting great Iron shots is a beautiful experience.

We’re trying to help you make more 3’s on the Par 3’s.
Better decision-making is going to improve your scores.

Despite the increased amount of GPS data available, regular and inexperienced golfers still,
on the majority of occasions, come up short.

Even when a golfer knows the “yardage” on each of their clubs,
their misses are mostly short.

Simple Tip #2
Why are you expecting the perfect golf shot? What is your level of consistency?

 If there’s no trouble behind
the green, then ignore the
distance to the flag, and pick a
club that, when struck well,
will get you to the back of
the green. That way a less
than perfect ball strike has
a chance of getting to
the green. Rarely do even
good ball strikers
make perfect contact.

Where are the majority of your misses on all approach shots?
Would aiming for the back of the green (assuming no trouble behind the hole)
be a course management strategy that would improve your whole round?
Improving your performance on Par 3’s will probably increase your enjoyment
throughout the round. Think about improvement. If we can help,
