Piping in the haggis – Procession Comprises: - Piper - Chef – Addresses the Haggis – Whisky bearer 4. Address to the Haggis NB: make a small cut in the haggis before starting – otherwise when you plunge the knife in the haggis could explode! Eish! 6. Toast to the haggis 7. Meal Starter – Haggis (neeps & tatties?) Main – Meat pie & veggies Sweet – Clootie dumpling / typsy laird (Scottish sherry trifle) Cheeseboard 8. Auld lang syne Golf Golf will be played from 16h00 with hickory shafted clubs and drivers with wooden heads and old balls on the chipping, putting green and driving range. Outfits Outfits can be hired from staghorn scottish outfitting and hire – will carter. Tickets / bookings We have space for 80 people, 10 tables of 8, so please put your names down at reception or the pro shop. First come, first serve. It’s a steal at R150-00.
