 Hello Golfers! It’s going to be a short piece from me this week as it’s been a busy weekend with family and friends - my son celebrated his 4th birthday with a Kung Fu Panda party! Watching a little boy’s face explode with delight when his favourite movie character comes to life on a birthday cake is simply one of life’s greatest thrills and although there was a lot of hard work that went into the party, it was most definitely worth it. This week sees the return of one of SA’s best professional golf events as the best players from the Sunshine Tour team up with celebrities and other sports stars in the Dimension Data Pro AM at Fancourt. The tournament takes place from Thursday to Sunday with all players playing one round on each of Fancourt‘s three courses. The first 3 days sees every player playing one round on Outeniqua, Montagu and The Links, where after the final round will be held on the Montagu course. The weather looks to be fantastic all week long, so if you’re in the mood to watch some high quality golf right on our doorstep, then be sure to head to Fancourt to watch some of SA’s best players in action. During the course of the week we should be receiving the majority of our new equipment, with TaylorMade, Callaway, Cobra and PING all sending down their latest products for release this week. If you’re interested in giving any of the new products a try, be sure to give us a call or get in touch here and book a fitting with one of the Pros.  Next week will be an incredibly exciting week as we will be hosting demo days on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please make a note of the following days and times so you don’t miss out on the opportunity to test the latest gear.
