Seniors Championship Recap:
55-64 Steve Jepsen won the Seniors Championship over Jack Finlayson in a 1 hole sudden death play-off. Both players were tied at even par 142 after regulation play. In the play-off, Steve’s par proved to be enough as Jack made bogey. Tim McDonough had a 2 day total of 144, good for solo 3rd, and Dan McCarthy finished 4th with a score of 145. 65+ Peter Chamberlain just edged out hard charging (66 in the final round) John Flanagan to win the 65+ division by a single stroke. Peter shot 138 (-4) after rounds of 68-70. John was 2nd at 139 (73-66). Last year’s winner Bob Wik shot an even par 144 to finish in 3rd. Charlie Toczylowski finished 4th another stroke back at 143. Click here for full results. 75+

Congratulations to all the Seniors winners! | Progress was made this week on the new 4th tee. It has now been shaped and sodded. It will not be long before we are playing a longer LGC. Tuesday & Friday Twi (weekly events) June 10th – Father Son/Daughter 12+ years | A family day tradition at LGC. Tee times are assigned and start at 11:30 AM. | June 15th & 16th - Men’s 2-Day Member-Guest | As a reminder, the golf course and dining facility are both closed to non-participants on Friday and Saturday. The Club will reopen for regular operation on Sunday, June 18th. | June 17th – Father’s Day Pro-Am | Our traditional A-B-C-D team format tournament. We do pair any father and sons who sign up, into the same group. 7:45 shotgun. To sign up, call the Pro Shop or sign up on the bulletin board in the hall. | June 27th – 1-Day Member-Guest | The first of three 1-Day Member-Guest tournaments scheduled for a Wednesday. Open to all members. Bring 1, 2, or 3 guests. Entry fee includes prizes, range balls, lunch and dinner. Shotgun start at 1 pm. Sign up in Pro shop.
