Could you create three retail product packages for home practice setup: Basic, Gold, and Platinum? Can you do deals with various suppliers (nets, turf, phone-stands, launch monitors, home putting greens etc. etc.) to sell product that you don’t have to stock? You could offer your students a better experience and better relationship with you online and make some margin. Right now, there are a lot of golfers who wish they had a home setup.
