The video script below has a structure that almost every Professional, who takes on this challenge, struggles to replicate. They are so much more inclined to start with the what, possibly mention the how, and then leave out the why.

Wrong-way around and the most important part left out. 

Being able to structure communication that starts with the ‘Why’ is a skill you should invest in developing. Just like we (the golfer) must invest in learning how to hit a solid mid-iron, and then practice and refine the skill, so you should find ways to develop and practice your human skills. 
 
 
When we re-open, I’m going to help more of you than ever experience the joy of human connections at our golf club.
 
 
By learning more about each of you, I can introduce you to people who will make your golf and club experience even better.
