PGA Professionals are the potential leaders of our industry. That offers them so much potential, but they need to embrace a role with responsibility and develop a skill set that promises greatness.

A common complaint

I have heard too many times, “my members have their handicaps, their buddies and their gambling schools, and no interest in taking lessons”. If I show these Professionals the journey below, they think I’m deluded.

I’m not deluded. We’re not deluded.

We are if we’re expecting an "advert" to move those golfers to invest their time in improvement. What is required are "human skills" and the opportunity to practice those skills in a one-on-one conversation.
