If you’re a coach and you want more students, then start by inspiring more golfers to want to improve. 
 
 
I once sat in a training session being run by Will Robins with a small group of Professionals. His opinion was that each of the Professionals should be able to convert 50% of golfers, with whom they conducted a 2-hour engagement, into coaching. He then had each of those Professionals prove his statistic over the next weeks. Impressive.

In June, a group of PGA Professionals engaged with 503 golfers between them. They had 5 minutes with each golfer testing their (the golfer’s) ability to hit 40-yard pitch shots. They converted 121 golfers into an assessment, equipment fitting, or coaching. That’s just less than 25%. That’s impressive too.

They also made $ 50,000+ of equipment sales on the day, over and above 121 future engagements. How impressive is that?
