Our game appears to be based on a status pyramid that we maybe ought to rethink.
 
 
I’d really like you and your golf team to take a 15-minute coffee break together and look at your calendar of activities and events and the golfers below. What activities and events are regular, legitimate, club events that sit on the calendar which offer these golfers an opportunity to gain real value from a playing experience?  
 
 
That’s not to say that ‘New Nigel’, ‘Used-to-play Peter’, ‘Avoid-it Andrew’, and ‘Busy Brian’ aren’t also important, they are.

But if you look at the sheer number of women you’ve put through learner programs over the last 10 years, it is staggering. That the vast majority are no longer in the game is undoubtedly our fault.
