If you want something to improve then something needs to change.

Can I address this question to PGA Professionals:
If the chairman of the board, or a committee member, local city official, or even the general manager at your club, wants to know how to do a better job of retaining the golfers who have returned to the fairways and the new golfers who have taken up the game, then who should they ask?

Now officers of the PGA:
If you’re an officer of a PGA, who do you think the chairman of the board, committee member, general manager, or city official should ask at their club?

Assuming you are the General Manager or the City Official:
Who do you expect to be able to answer that question at your club?

Whoever you are, do the answers to those questions kick off an action?

We probably all agree with the leaders who have responded to
interviews by generally reminding us that we need to do a better job of retaining the golfers who have come back to the game, or those who have just taken up the game.

But have we worked out how we’re going to do a better job?
