If you want something to improve, then something needs to change.

If we want to do a better job of retaining returning golfers than we did first time around, then something needs to change.

Is there something we could change about their expectations of the game, the club, or the community, that would help us to retain them?

Do we need to focus on their playing experience? What could we be doing to change it?

Or is it their social experience? Is there something we could do to make these golfers more loyal?

If there’s another area we could focus on, then please share it.
