If you want something to improve, then something needs to change.
 
 
Yesterday we highlighted four areas that we need to improve if we want to do a better job of retaining golfers who’ve returned to the game. One of these areas is designing better solutions for those golfers.
 
 
If you had the chance to ask any golfer who had given up the game, but has just started it again, two questions, what would they be?

You do know you can put the two questions to those golfers? It's a good idea to do that.
