Has anyone ever experienced a stranger year? No matter how strange it's been though, we’re now entering that time of the year when there are holidays and promotions.  

Have you created your plans for holiday theatre, thank-yous to your loyal customers, and specials to add to the madness or fun (whichever way you see it) that seems to make up this time of the year?
