You have to speak many languages. The business language of numbers. The golf language of values and heritage and the future. But you must also be fluent in the language the consumer speaks.

Over the last couple of weeks, we uncovered the language of key business numbers for the owners and managers in the industry. In that, we revealed that your value as a PGA Professional can be demonstrated in truly staggering numbers.

But now it's time to face the direction of the consumer in our industry. The member, the golfer, or the prospective golfer and member.

What language do you use when you talk to the consumer?

Look at your website, your emails, your videos, your posts.

Read and listen to the language.

Are you talking your language as the PGA Professional? Are you talking in the language of the game: the swing, the equipment, the superstars, the course, the facility, the rules, the administrators?

Is it a language of love for the game or a language of love for the consumer?
