You have to speak many languages. The business language of numbers. The golf language of values and heritage and the future. But you also must be fluent in the language the consumer speaks.

Congratulations to Ivano Ficalbi, CEO of the PGA of Southern Africa.

He is going to make sure the PGA’s feeds drown the followers in stories of golfers on great journeys with PGA Professionals (his members).

I cannot stress how important that is in the face of the inevitable search function that so many people are promoting.

If you don’t want ‘find-a-pro’ function to do what Uber did to Taxis then, you need to be posting stories at least once a week that promote the value you offer to golfers taking a journey with you.

How many customer success stories have you posted in the last 30 days? How many different customers have you turned into heroes?
How many completed journeys have you turned into stories?
