Creativity is a word we don’t easily associate with the profession of golf. But it’s a skill we need to appreciate if we want to grow the game.

There are many different solutions a PGA Professional can create for a golfer.

Finding them a driver they can swing faster, or use more consistently, or deliver better launch conditions with, is the work of a professional.

Diagnosing swing challenges and designing coaching and improvement solutions needs creativity on so many levels. Especially when you consider the challenge of communicating the improvements and enabling their execution, this is clearly the work of a professional.

So is designing a playing pathway for learners. How do they graduate from your introductory program and quickly gain value out on the golf course?

This is the professional work of someone designing experiences for golfers. It isn't work confined to learners. Every golfer at the club is looking for experiences.

How many golfers are participating in experiences you’ve created?
