Creativity is a word we don’t easily associate with the profession of golf. But it’s a skill we need to appreciate if we want to grow the game.

Creating experiences for golfers takes courage.

Will anyone turn up? If the experience isn’t ‘standard’, will they ‘get it’, and does it work? Will they enjoy it?

There is the opportunity for so much rejection in so many forms. Not interested. Don’t understand it. Didn’t enjoy it.

A professional who wants to create knows that this is the work they do; this is the exposure they must face. You must design and create experiences. Promote them. And get feedback.

And what is the value of a great experience to the golfer? To the club? To your coaching business? To your shop sales?
