The Saturday crowd is important. Especially today. Those are hard tee-times to secure. The avid and regular; the golfers with higher annual spend work hard to get those tee-times. You certainly don’t want them to have a poor experience. Service needs to be top class.

But this is also a marketing opportunity. A chance to highlight a
proposition that reflects your PGA skill. You’re a PGA member. You’ve got more to offer than someone who isn’t.

So, what are you going to do on at least one Saturday a month (I think you should find something every Saturday) to make sure that your members know that your PGA skill is invaluable to them and the club?
