Influencing the industry to appreciate the power of engagement

The danger is that you look at this model with an attempt to apply logic.

If you believed in logic, then the “handicap” would have created an opportunity gap. “I’m a 12, what do I need to become an 8?”

But it doesn’t work like that does it?  If it did, everyone would be enrolled in coaching programs.

In fact, despite all the scores and numbers in golf, golfers themselves steadfastly refuse to follow logic. It’s like there must be some parallel universe in which they sometimes play and can hit their #3 wood over water, and not have to lay-up.

So, if it's not about the numbers, then it must be about the feelings.
