Influencing the industry to appreciate the power of engagement.

The best and most successful propositions are those the customers describe themselves.

Customers describe those propositions if you ask them caring questions about them and their game, and their experience, and their connections; and then you listen to their answers and seek to discover more.

To be able to ask questions and get open and vulnerable thoughts and answers from customers, you need to be out of your shop, away from your place, and in a shared space.

Those engagements create powerful opportunity.

Opportunity for you to do your amazing work. To change lives. To improve experiences. To make connections.

Those are the great propositions that PGA Professionals make.

Never be afraid to make a proposition to a golfer. We (and I am just a golfer) need you to be our servant leaders. We can say “no” if we’re scared or just not available for better right now. But you are the leader.
