One of the toughest jobs in golf also seems to me to be one of the most under-valued. 

 

 
Creating new solutions that provide value to golfers, while NOT adding to Saturday’s compaction problem ought to be one of the most important jobs at a golf club.

Creating something new for Wednesday late afternoon, and then filling whatever you’ve created, requires courage, creativity, marketing skill, and relationships.
