Are we under achieving, if we measure the number of golfers who invest in coaching?
 
 
 
This might be the most truly ridiculous thought I have ever had but if you’re a club with members:
“What would be the total coaching income if every member took one lesson every month for the next year that your club is open?”

And if you’re a public facility:
“What would be the total coaching income if every golfer who plays at your facility more than twice a year, took one lesson every month for the next year that your club is open?”

What is that number at your club?
How do you work out your potential market size?
As you can tell, I’m trying to learn, so please feel free to let me know how you do it.
