Are we under achieving, if we measure the number of golfers who invest in coaching?

OK, so you’re delivering great coaching programs. You’re improving the playing experience of the students in those programs. We’ve all agreed that “word of mouth” is a powerful marketing weapon.

But, do some peoples’ “mouths” have a greater reach than others? Are there golfers who would be free with their advice, and influence a greater number of golfers to seek you out?

Modern advertising executives get in a froth over the concept of “influencers”, but anyone who has operated within, or lived in a community knows they have always existed, and they can make a big difference one way or the other.
