Attracting people and golfers to your brand, club, shop, or coaching tee, will become easier with the right words that match your goal to a need.

I know that a ‘CONTENT STRATEGY’ isn’t going to be high on the radar of most people who aren’t marketers. But, for PGA Professionals especially, your personal brand matters. For a coach building a business; your brand matters.

In a community, your credibility, reliability, intimacy with your customers, and orientation (customer-focus), are all critical elements of your brand or proposition.

How you behave, what you say and do, and what you publish, are all critical elements of supporting your brand or proposition. You might not like the word ‘strategy’, but you need a ‘content strategy’.

If you DON’T want to give that strategy too much thought, then at a minimum please embrace why you need to create simple content that ‘heroes’ your customers.
