In the golf industry there is no more powerful influence in each local golf community than the PGA or LPGA Professional.

If your mission is to create ‘magic moments’ that help to improve someone’s life; then are they an accident of your service or a consequence of a ‘system’ designed to maximize the amount of magic?

If those magical moments are so profound, and meaningful, and discreetly impactful to your club and the industry’s well-being, shouldn’t there be a ‘system’ that focuses on generating them?

And then, shouldn’t a measure of your performance be how many golfers you influenced? Do we need a ‘magical moments’ report?
