Can I give you some insight from another industry? We role play with personal trainers from the fitness industry. In one role play, when
conducting an initial assessment with a student, we challenge them
to discover “WHY” the student wants to purchase “personal
training sessions”.

In the role play, acting as the student, we will respond “I want to lose weight”. Where would you put that response on the golden circle? What would you say next if you were the personal trainer in this role play?
