100 Days Out Orlando, FL | January 25-28 The countdown to the 2022 PGA Show is officially ON – with just 100 days to go, we can’t wait to reunite and recharge in person with the golf industry in Orlando. We know that many count on the annual PGA Show for their business success. Our team is hard at work reimagining aspects of the Show and implementing enhancements to provide a meaningful marketplace that addresses the current business climate and builds business for all who participate. As we transition from the pandemic, health and safety standards remain a priority and will be in place to support a safe and comfortable PGA Show experience. We recently conducted an additional survey to PGA Professionals and top buyers like you who regularly attend the PGA Show to better understand their plans for the 2022 PGA Show and the results are in – so many of you are just as ready to get the industry back together in person as we are. Who’s coming? • 70% currently plan to attend the 2022 PGA Show. Of those planning to attend: • 91% plan on bringing the same amount of staff to the PGA Show as previous years • 87% plan to attend for the same amount of time as previous years; 72% plan to attend 3-4 days of the Show • 19% are unsure of their attendance plans at this time Of those unsure: • Reasons cited are mostly due to COVID uncertainty or budgetary reasons • Attendance decisions are planned to be made in November-December This information not only guides us in our planning process, but may also help you as you plan for a successful PGA Show. Currently, exhibitor participation is at 80% compared to this same timeframe heading into the 2020 PGA Show, with more than 450 exhibitors committed to date. It is our hope that this year’s PGA Show can be a valuable bridge from the pandemic to a year of continued growth for all in our larger golf community.
